Day123: San Pedro La Laguna “Colors of Tarpaulins”

Almost all tarpaulin in Japan is blue. I went to Kumamoto by airplane when the earthquake occur in 2016. The view from the sky was blue because roof of houses are covered with blue tarpaulin. I thought it would be better if it was brown. The blue is too strong to suit for the scenery. I have no idea why blue.
I found colorful tarpaulins which suit for the scenery in Guatemala. These one seem to be created by sewing used bag.
